Want to find flow in your writing?

Moving Words brings together an intimate group of writers for guidance and support. You’ll learn to recognize the physical and mental signs that you’re in your own way and give yourself cues to free your creativity and enhance your productivity.

Discover regular writing practices that work for you, hear your writer’s voice more reliably, and sustain the energy to complete projects.

Your Moving Words instructors are Crispin Spaeth, choreographer, performance coach, and teacher of the Integrative Alexander Technique and Barbara Ruth Saunders, award-winning writer and poet, veteran technical communicator, and Tae Kwon Do black belt.

Testimonial

In a word: breakthrough. The format, function, and flow of Crispin and Barbara's workshop gave me an opportunity to finally break through decades-old barriers to at last putting a real pen to paper.
